The Team
Our founders, Rosemary Bloom Marzio, Fransje van Bergen and Madelien Perrier, are experienced executive coaches who have lived in Egypt, South Africa, the US, and a number of European cities. They have held senior leadership positions in multinational organizations enabling a deep understanding of clients’ contexts and challenges.
Our expertise builds on:
- extensive experience working with senior executives and leadership teams
- a global network of trusted partner coaches
- a broad range of clients including public and private corporations, professional service firms and international organizations
